"The hotel is located well and close to the train station, the lakeside and downtown. The rooms are nice and clean with a pillow menu. The breakfast is fantastic with a huge variety of health options. Beyond this all objective aspects, the hotel staff is simply 5*, not that you would meet in many hotels these days. I highly recommend this hotel to stay when you visit Lugano."

"Great location! Rooms were clean. AC did not work for more than 10 minutes so quite hot in our room. Did not get a chance to use the pool. Included breakfast was nothing special but great that it was included and convenient. I would stay here again!"

"This is a phenomenal place to stay. What really stood out was the staff. Everyone we met was eager to help and enjoyable to talk to. The shuttle service also works very well. You simply send a WhatsApp message to the hotel to reserve your shuttle to and from Bellagio. The views were great, food was excellent, and everything was clean."

"I got the room with the amazing view of the mountains, lakes and ponds! It was a hard room floor. Beds were comfortable. Room was clean Temperature was perfect to sleep throughout the night. My only recommendation is changing if the carpet in the passage and some floors and keeping the patios clean."

"An excellent property with exceptional service. Staff were extremely attentive. We ate in La Luce restaurant one evening and visited the spa. The hotel is in a great location with stunning lake views and it’s only a short drive into the centre of Lugano."
