"We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean, there is also a wonderful gourmet restaurant called Deux Soeurs. We really liked the location which is about six minutes walk from the train into Flinders Street. We recommend this hotel and found it very good value for money."

"I don’t normally write hotel reviews, but I wanted to express my sincere appreciation for the generosity and professionalism of the team. Unfortunately, an unexpected incident occurred shortly after we checked in, and we had to leave the property on the very same day. We informed the duty staff, who handled the situation with empathy and professionalism, promptly documenting the incident and assisting us throughout the process. We subsequently requested a refund, which was approved within a few days. While our stay was unexpectedly cut short, we were genuinely grateful for how fairly and compassionately the hotel handled the situation. Their understanding and excellent customer service made a difficult experience much easier, and for that, we are truly thankful."
