"Please don’t bother staying at this hotel. I asked for a simple room service to change the bedsheet, and pillowcase before heading out to work in the morning. They said they would do it in the morning. When I came back at nighttime. Nothing had been done. The front desk personnel (Indian man) was extremely rude and unprofessional. He treated me like a POS, so then I packed up my luggages and immediately left this property. Save yourself the headache from this man!! He is not there to cater to the hotel’s clients. He is there as an extremely calculating person to save every penny by not providing basic hotel essentials to the visiting guests. "

"Not clean, no ev chargers, everything needed fixing, room smelled like cigarettes and linens had cigarette burns all around. The day we checked in there was a situation in one room and the whole hotel was surrounded by APD"

"Arrived and the night clerk was very helpful and upgraded us to a suite. I had booked a handicapped room and asked to change. She said of course so they can leave that room available for someone who needed it. We went to our 3rd floor room and were hit by the cigarette smoke smell immediately. Room smelled as well. We were to exhausted and just went to bed. The shower was pretty foul looking, the glass door wouldn't stay closed and the water pressure was terrible. My husband told us the bathroom water was bad and to brush our teeth with bottled water. The next morning we go to the elevator and it doesn’t work. My husband and mother start taking our luggage down three flights of stairs. I call down and they say oh yeah we know. They said they were going to get a sign up. I asked for assistance to bring the bags down and he said they didn't have any one. I'm in poor health and had to go down the stairs. Head to breakfast and it was a joke. Fruit that was bad, dry cereal, hard and partially frozen bagels and English muffins. The waffle maker was sticking and making a mess and the worker said the other side falls on peoples arms so they don't like using it. I used hotels.com we won't again nor stay at a Comfort inn. I was frustrated since the staff was so unhelpful. I left without formally checking out, I wish the Hilton wasn't sold out because this was a joke."

"The room was clean I’ll give them that. The front desk staff was less than pleasant and double wall of bullet proof glass should have been my first clue. The property is old and in need of renovation. Jacuzzi didn’t work at all. Our room had a patio that overlooked the indoor pool which basically meant listening to kids scream in an enclosed echoing way while we tried to sleep. Tv never would connect to the internet so we ended up using our hotspot & then sign into Netflix on our own account otherwise no tv. The Panda Express behind us had an AI monitored camera that yelled out at you if you stood in the parking lot for more than 10 minutes. Oh and breakfast….ridiculous! We ate elsewhere. Never again!"

"Book the room through hotels.com. I provided a different credit card at check in for incidental. After I checked out they charge me again for two nights. Just for two nights Hotels.com charge me 390 (I don’t mind paying) and Marriott another 390. I spent 780 for two nights. I call for a refund and error but no response back. The breakfast is way over priced and served cold. It’s better to a breakfast burritos and coffee from lota burger. But the staff were friendly and helpful."
