"Antes del viaje Leí detenidamente la información que ustedes me proporcionaron y en ninguna parte se me informó que para que se realizara el aseo de la habitación tenia yo que solicitarlo y estuvo la basura, toallas sucias... tuve que solicitar toallas limpias y hasta me las querían cobrar cuando en ningún momento me las cambiaron.
