"Warm welcome on arrival and a free upgrade o a lovely room. The room was clean and had everything we needed for our comfort and convenience. Breakfast was fantastic and the staff in the dining room very friendly and helpful. Had two meals in Chaplins restaurant and all 4 of us enjoyed our meals, again the staff member was friendly and helpful. We were a party of four and had two rooms and everyone was happy and enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you for the upgrades much appreciated. Would recommend hotel to others."

"The hotel was really nice. The included breakfast was a bonus, but i have to say the 2 top things that made this a wonderful experience were the 5 course tasting menu and the gentleman that waited on us every day-Jacob! He is spectacular. He was very helpful, extremely informative, and very charming. He checked us into the hotel, made us drinks and then walked us thru each course of the meal, which surprisingly was one of the best meals i have had in a long time- and i just got back from Paris. Would definitely stay here again."

"We arrived shortly after the check-in time of 1pm and were immediately made welcome. Room was accessed by a spiral staircase and a corridor. Not so handy if you have mobility issues. The room itself was spotless and the bed comfortable. Good shower but be aware the floor can get wet in front. We chose to eat in the restaurant and happily recommend you do likewise. The staff were exemplary throughout the stay."
