"Brooms were clean. Shower was hot. Bed was soft and the AC worked just fine. Even has a microwave."

"There were used towels hanging in the shower and clothes area. I was unable to connect to YouTube TV. It’s an old facility and was as clean as it could be. I appreciated the light being on when I arrived, and the toiletries and coffee that were provided. The self check in worked well. "

"This was a property where you get a basic room that's clean and smells fresh, parking right outside your room, and a fair price. I stayed with my two children and everything was fine. Everything in the room worked as it should and I felt like I received value for the rate I booked."

"I “reserved” a room via Expedia and 30 minutes later I tried to cancel and the hotel denied my request and billed me $160+! That’s some shady business dealings. Shame shame shame. Never chose The Ridge. "
