"We really enjoyed our stay at the Hamilton Inn again. We have stayed at this hotel on many previous trips to Mackinaw City. The morning breakfast had a great variety of items to select from. It was well stocked. It’s a shame other hotel guests had to bring with them, many take-out containers that they filled with food while they ate in the breakfast room. I guess they were going to have a 2nd breakfast somewhere. We enjoyed our special extra large room also."

"The firepits in the evenings were such a nice touch, and the smores. Very hospitable. Super quiet at the end of the strip. Had a deck right on the water. Would definitely stay here again."

The breakfast was delicious as was the afternoon snack. The front porch and front room are so cozy. You can read a book or get to know other guests- they offer a perfect balance."

"Spent 3 nights here with my husband and mother in law and could not fault it. It is in an excellent location within walking distance to Mackinaw Crossings, a shopping, dining and entertainment hub. My 80 year old mother in law was able to walk to the ferry from here however the hotel does provide a shuttle service. One of the things that sets this hotel apart from others is the availability of tea and coffee in the lobby 24 hours a day and its free and delicious! The free breakfasts were also very good. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were comfortable and were a decent size. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Mackinaw."
