"First room offered was unusable as under renovation full of building materials and rubble. Second room given was without any form of heating on a cold January with bedding consisting of sheet and blanket. Totally unacceptable so had to find alternative accommodation at another hotel. Having prepaid we want a full refund. "

"This hotel was like an oasis in the desert. Beautiful buildings and rooms, a very good restaurant for dinner. You need a car but for us it was a very needed respite from the crowds and big cities. "
