"The room, staff, accommodations and breakfast were perfect. The shuttle service however was terrible. You need to provide additional shuttles as the wait times are not acceptable.
Once we arrived from the airport the lineup for the shuttle of guests going to the airport was unbelievable.
We had to request the guests to allow us to move in order to checkin (they were lined up to the end of the first floor. "
