Hotels near Moose Hill Wildlife Sanctuary

"I don’t know how this hotel received a “very good” rating. The hotel is in need of a complete overhaul. The carpets were old, the hallways and rooms smelled like a combination of cigarettes and weed. The blanket on our bed had a big burn hole. The sheets were stained. There were no bedside lights. The towels were flimsy and had a yellowing hue. The smoke detector was covered with a plastic bag. One of the staff was very friendly and contacted us when my husband left his medication behind. We didn’t dare eat breakfast there. Maybe some Hotels.com staff could visit this hotel and decide if it deserves a “very good” rating. "

"It is a nice hotel, clean and friendly staff, only complaint is only one door (the front door) was shoveled out, so had to drag bags through feet of snow piles after being told to park out back. "

The scrambled eggs weren't great, but once the guy at the front desk replied, "Blame the chickens," I was content. I would definitely, and happily, return."
