"We had to wait to check in after 4 pm for our room to be inspected. My husband and I took a shower before we checked out and had no soap, shampoo or any hygiene products. The staff at the front desk were super nice and helpful and had us laughing when we checked in. They had great personalities!"

"I hotel was bad. Thet were construction on tye hotel entry. So you to ebter from tye restaurant which made your walk long to your room. Gets to the room the mirror in tye room was cracked. You could barely see out the windowcause tyet have not been clean as long as the building been there. My view was the garage. The iron in the room 5he cord woukdnt say out. The refrigerator didnt get cold and sat on the floor in the room not 8n a cabinet. The water pressure was very low. The staff was nice and friendly. Food was pretty good. The casino was nice. My only problem was tye hotel. Its okd and out dated for the money they charged for those room "

"The rooms I booked were not cleaned!! Roaches present , piss stains on bed blanket that smelled of cat pee even tho the sign says no pets, short on breakfast foods and limited drinks, maintenance had to fix the toilet and tv, one room had no tissue, garbage can one room had no bags, Half and half on the staff some good some terrible!! I will never recommend or stay again!!!"
