"Honestly the only thing I would have changed about the hotel is that the bathrooms next to the gym should be open earlier. That's literally my only gripe. The staff was amazing, the breakfast and dinners were fantastic. The hotel was so clean and the amenities were top tier. And I really love that I could walk a mile or less to get to events/entertainment. "

"Poor management or communication within hotel. Called 5x regarding missing items and had no phone call back regarding if it was found or not.
Had to pay to park in hotel lot, parked and car was broken into overnight. Was told 2 different things from employees. No help was given regarding the theft and no follow up from hotel. They just continued to note that it was not “on them”.
Still have not received a phone call regarding issues "

"The 24hr Airport shuttle was easy to locate and the service was great. All of the staff was very friendly at the hotel, and the restaurant had a nice vibe and good food. My room was exceptionally nice and very clean."

"My room had a funky smell that gave me a headache. I paid for a King and was put in a double "handicap" room and was not told this when I checked in!!!!!!!!!!. I had issue getting in and out of the tub due to a hip issue, and if I had issues, I can image what a handicap or elderly person would have!!! There was dirt in the one bed. And my people nest to me played their music so loud that I could hear it until 1:00am!!! Other than that, it was ok. "
