"The breakfast couldn't be much better. The staff was very helpful and friendly. It was right by the bus station to go to Machu Picchu. The markets were very close. It was a 20 minute walk the hot baths and a 30 minute walk to the Manuel Chavez Ballon museum which was very interesting. The only issue was the noise from the street and from 5th floor dining area as our room was on the fourth floor. Recommend ear plugs."

"The hotel offered to help with luggage to and from the train station. This was amazing and so helpful. The rooms were very clean and the fact that it included breakfast was also very nice. The only reason I gave a 4 star is the trash on street walking down to hotel. I felt safe at the hotel."

From arriving at the train station to be met by Ruben who took care of the luggage, got us into the bus and by the time we were up at the hotel our bags were ready for us. Upon arrival we were greeted by Anthony "our shaman". Took care of every detail and gave us a lot of historical information. Have to say everyone from the front desk to the restaurant and bar were excellent and made our (short) stay worth it. Thanks to all!"
