"We stayed here 2 nights after a day cruise from Koblenz, the hotel is in an excellent location, our room was across the street from the main building on the first floor, there was an outdoor patio to sit at, drink wine and watch people walk by, we ate breakfast and lunch in the restaurant and both meals were very good. Dinner was absolutely fabulous, they are obviously have a fantastic chef & team. Room was a bit disappointing, small but fairly functional but nowhere to do hair & makeup & layout any toiletries. The pools are accessible and clean- having robes in the room with slippers and a bag to take poolside made it easy! The roof terrace was a gorgeous place to sit. We stayed in a room without a balcony but had patio doors that opened and an amazing view over the harbour- not noisy at night! The room had all that was needed and was clean and well stocked. We enjoyed a trip on the Rhein, walked around Rudesheim (over the river) and found lovely places for evening meals. Hildegard of Bingen is an interesting local Prophetess to find out about- the museum is worth a visit too! A great stay!"
