"Great pre-arrival service with emails sharing possible local sites and places to eat. Then, such a warm welcome on arrival. Great room and we had wonderful views down into Perth.
Perth was within easy walking distance.
The lounge with the wood burning fire in the evening was cozy and a great environment to enjoy a wee dram.

"The breakfast has a good selection. The main areas of the hotel are nice but the rooms are very tired and need a refurb. It was disappointing not being able to get any food at 8.45pm.
The staff are very friendly and welcoming. "
