The kids pool is so safe; knee depth, rubber type, non slip flooring which was incredible! never seen any rubbish or dog mess at any point during our 9nights which was shocking because any self catering holiday in the uk we’ve been to is usually covered in filth. "Really nice campsite with mobile homes amongst pine and olive trees, right by the lake. We had a mobile home which was ok, had all the utensils in (apart from a kettle) but we lacked some decking area/picket fence to provide some privacy that other mobile homes had which felt a bit odd. Staff very good, especially the night watch who was very helpful. "

"Hotel and staff were impeccable. Perfect location to stay if you are in Verona to see the Opera in the Arena. I enjoyed the pre-Opera buffet in the American Bar- it was a light meal of appetizers including cheeses, fruit kabobs, sandwiches, crudités and small desserts including a choice of drink. Having the choice to relax with this dinner as a solo traveler saved me from trudging around town or worrying with a reservation that would allow me to make it to the opera with plenty of time to spare before the show began. My room was spotless and comfortable with very good air conditioning and a beautiful, well appointed bathroom."
