"I would stay AGAIN!!! honestly it was a walk from downtown, amazing pizza/icecream shop Buckees across the street. A bbq joint across the parking lot, the pool is not heated but well kept and cute bungalow area around the pool. It was super quiet honestly. Id definitely stay agaim. Breakfast was great waffles and donuts/coffee. Staff was super friendly. Hotel is old and the rooms have a pretty gross musky smell (even made some of my clothes smell that way) so bring AIR freshner! Small tvs but...

We’ve stayed in Montrose once a year every year for 30 years for business and we have been to about every hotel in the area and this was the best one we’ve stayed at in all that time. There was a deposit that I was informed of probably 3 times before checking in. The manager was extremely kind and helpful. Everything that was within his control was extremely well taken care of.
