Smiley Cheerful and helpful,Clean room,Excellent Breakfast and they let me put my mobility scooter in the entrance lobby which was greatly appreciated,we have stayed there many times in the last 20 years ,It's a great location on the seafront and close to the town ,We highly recommend it . "This is one of the nicest hotels I've stayed at when in France, goose down white quilts, fresh bed linens, fluffy soft pillows, and comfortable mattress allow a weary vacationer/traveler to get a good night's sleep. The staff is wonderful, food at the in-house Jeanne D'Arc Restaurant is very good and reasonable for the fine cuisine. At the staff is very helpful and accommodating- especially Sheena who speaks French & English. I highly recommend this as the hotel to stay at in Rouen. Fitting it is situated right next to tower/dungeon where St. Joan of Arc was kept as a prisoner. They have beautiful portraits and art work in the restaurant of St. Joan."
