Montreal hotel rooms a the Red Roof Inn

"The heated pool, multiple hot tubs, and sauna were wonderful. We loved having the hotel robes to use to walk to the pool and back. The duck pond was also nice. Rooms were clean."

"Great location in the heart of the city. 15 min north to Mont Royal, 15 min south to Old Montreal, 15 min east to Schwartz's deli and 15 min west to the Bell Centre. Rooms are great with lots of space. Very quiet and dark so able to sleep in even with the condo going up next door (we were advised in advance). The breakfast, while not much to choose from, was an added bonus so we did not have to worry about finding somewhere to eat each morning. First time at Le Square Phillips and will definetly be back."

"Great hotel, conference Center. Clean, nice design. The only disadvantage is the location. It is on a very busy highway road. Although inside the hotel it was quiet "

"This hotel is located within walking distance of many places (I do walk a lot so that should be considered). About 10 minute walk to old port, older montreal, university area, etc. variety of food places from reasonable to fine dining. the beds were comfortable and had plenty of room. Do be careful in the shower, test the water. this is the hotest water I have ever had at a hotel. The staff was friendly and I always felt safe. There is a grocery store up the street, we picked up pastry and milk for breakfast. the room has a refrigerator so this was very convenient and affordable way to start the day. I would recommend if you are looking for a well located place to stay. Note there is no restaurant at the property so if you are interested in room service or eating/drinking at the hotel, this is not available in the hotel, it is a short walk away. As we found in other parts of Canada during this trip the cleaning service is every three days. We were fine with this, but if you like your room cleaned and freshened daily then this will be one of the places you should avoid. If I wanted to go back to montreal I would be very comfortable staying here again. "
