"The room was okay overall, but the cleanliness could be improved. The dishwasher was dirty, and there was a lot of hair in the bathtub, which was disappointing. I can provide pictures if necessary. On the positive side, the breakfast was good, the staff were friendly, and the location was great. With better attention to cleanliness, the stay would have been much better."

"L’hôtel est bien situé et très pratique pour les restaurants et le métro. Tout est propre et le personnel courtois. Pour le prix, le tapis pourrait être enlever et les chambre remis au goût du jour. Le tapis dans le corridor est déchiré et les chambres sont aucunement insonorisées."

"Centrally located, the Fairmount is the perfect place to stay in Montreal. The staff are friendly, and the rooms are wonderful. We opted to pay extra for early check-in and access to the lounge on the 21st floor. The lounge has an amazing view of the basilica at the Bell Centre, and the staff and food are really great. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quality place to stay in Montreal."
