"Terrific hotel located in the heart of old Montreal. Exceptional concierge team that proactively reaches out in advance of your stay to assist with plans, reservations etc. Team went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. "

"I had an unexpected layover at YUL due to flight delays and had to quickly find a hotel. I was able to book the room, use the airport shuttle, check-in and be in my room within 20 minutes. The staff at the front were helpful in suggesting places to order food to the room and their suggestion was very tasty. The bed was comfortable and I had a wonderful shower as well with strong water pressure. For a quick layover at YUL or to catch a flight at YUL this place is recommended. They had breakfast at 630am but I was unable to have it or use any amenities. "
