Montreal hotel rooms a the Best Western

"Staff were great, the food at the restaurant if I compare it to other restaurants could be better especially since the portions given are less than other restaurants and cost the same. Perhaps "hide" the toaster...there was a lot of condensation in the hotel room as well"

"Enjoyed the stay. Only one receptionist was rude, the lady. You have to pay for your own parking, it was not free."

"we arrived early said room not ready. said come back in an hour we were told it was not ready again. that was at 2,55 pm woman did not even look at computer. at three shift change went to new girl to ask when room would be ready she looked at computer and it had been ready.we called the day before and they told us if room ready we could check in. plus smelled od pot. the whole time."

"The rooms dont have a mic. The room seemed clean The walls and property were heavily chipped paint, the room felt very beat up and the halls were dirty. The AC unit had alot of cold come in the sides as it was not sealed."
