Great customer service & exceptionally clean

Perfect beach front stay - Lovely staff, rooms spotless. Just could do with a refurbishment, however due to how clean the rooms were, this didn't bother us as much as it may have somewhere else. Would happily stay again!

The place is fine, needs a good updating but was fine, the staff was excellent!! And extremely efficient!! The location was great!! The bed was hard and pillows were flat! It was very noisy for the time of year!

Très bonne literie mais salle de bain petite et vieillotte. Par contre, il faut déplorer une isolation phonique quasi inexistante avec les logements du dessus. Par contre l'accueil était parfait et les réceptionniste très à l'écoute.

Beaucoup de lacunes

Pas de parking et parking payant partout, lit qui fait du bruit, balcon pas lavé depuis très longtemps, pas d’ascenseur et pour finir coupure d’électricité à 3h du matin donc plus de Tv, chauffage et recharge éventuelle.

Belle vue / adeptes du calme passez votre chemin

Avis très mitigé, la chambre avec balcon donnant sur la mer est spacieuse et pratique avec son grand placard. La vue est superbe. En revanche, l’isolation intérieur comme extérieure est inexistante, on entend les autres invités tousser et les personnes qui parlent dans la rue. Nous étions pourtant au second et dernier étage du bâtiment. Par ailleurs, l’état de la salle de bain est déplorable, le rideau de douche avec des moisissures est répugnant et clairement à changer, il ainsi que la plainte sous la baignoire. Ménage également à affiner, notamment derrière le frigo et entre les vitres. Sinon personnel sympathique et aidant !

Chambre au coeur de Palavas

Hôtel au cœur de Palavas donnant sur la plage principale. Parking difficile en saison où il faut chercher dans la rue Chambre de taille standard. Lit Ok. Clim dispo. Lit standard Accueil agréable. En bref, très bien placé et pour le reste une chambre correcte sans défauts

Chambre de bonne taille. WiFi impeccable. Balcon agréable et literie super confortable. Mini-frigo et climatisation bien appréciées. Par contre: le menage laisse à désirer, le rideau de douche est dégueulasse, le flexible de douche est cassé, la douche est petite, les wc collés à la douche faut pas faire 100 kg pour y accéder, absence de papier toilette et le petit-déjeuner à 12e/ pers pour avoir du café bouillu, une tranche de jambon blanc à moitié sèche et pas de choix en fruits c'est moyen! Bon, le croissant et le morceau de pain étaient frais et délicieux mais ça fait cher le croissant. L'accueil par le monsieur était très sympa mais les autres dames ça laisse à désirer quant à la politesse et le sourire. Pas de parking privé et pour se stationner à proximité il faut sûrement chercher une place en pleine nuit ou très tôt le matin. Point positif: hôtel très proche de la mer. Bref, bilan mitigé pour cet hôtel 3 ⭐️

Je ne conseille pas.

Pas tres satisfait, chambre vieillotte, chasse d'eau qui fuit, bouchon de baignoire tres sale, mobilier des annees 90, evier cassé, pas de rideau ou vitre de baignoire. Le bon point est la situation et le petit déjeuner mais malheureusement le prix de la chambre est bien trop élevé surtout fin mars L'ensemble n'est pas digne d'un 3 etoiles...

Déception totale

Accueil parfait, agréable, sympathique, souriant Hôtel vétuste, non insonorisé, la première nuit impossible de dormir à cause des voisins de la chambre d à côté qui ont fait du bruit toute la nuit plus leur porte grincait Après un changement de chambre la literie était hors d usage les ressorts nous rentraient dans le dos . Dommage qu un hôtel avec un si bel emplacement ne soit pas entretenu Pas de possibilité de venir décharger ses valises devant l hôtel la ville est fermée à partir de 11 h du matin à 5h du matin
