Good overall. The staff is very kind and welcoming. There is a laundry self-service in the hotel, which is very practical for long stays. There was no room service for the length of my stay. I would definitely recommend this place if you're on a budget.

Staff are friendly and the room was comfortable. The bathroom is quite big. There is balcony. There is iron board and iron. You can also do laundry in the hotel. The breakfast options was also good.

It was great to have a small kitchen and all the rooms have a balcony. Best of all they happily accomodated our bikes in secure storage that was also easily accessible. Staff was friendly and the optional breakfast was good

We enjoyed most everything, beds were fine, having a kitchen was great, breakfast was good, 24 hr coffee machine and sparkling water also. Not fancy, but with a great staff and location, it was great for us

Location directly at a tram stop is excellent. But it is easybwalking to the old town and the train station Room could do with a coat of paint but ovetall comfortable stay. The kitchenette is a great feature.

Functional apartment hotel with large rooms and small kitchenettes, including basic pots and utensils. Ours also had a balcony. Not fancy, but clean and perfect for our family.

Very handy placement for both new and old town. Helpful staff. Good to have a garden to use. We have been to the hotel previously over a few years and can see it is in need of a bit of a spruce up. Personally I would like to see a hand basin in the toilet, but that’s a small detail.

Property was fine. Kitchen and dining in facilities only fair. Not really well equipped. Finding the accommodation using google maps was a nightmare to say the least. On the plus side, the property was well situated for the city centre and trams were just a few metres from the city. Reception staff were very helpful.

DIRTY ! NEEDS To Be Cleaned - COULD Be GREAT

Has the potential to be a GREAT hotel - in the most perfect location - sadly the problem is CLEANESS or lack of ! We have been clients now for more then 10 years staying 8x a year - sadly the hotel does VERY LITTLE to maintain the rooms - this past stay was TERRIBLE ... The staff is wonderful - kind - a they try their best and they know the problem - obviously I am not the only client who brings this to their attention - THE ROOMS NEED TO BE CLEANED ...
