Pool was closed. Automated check-in is not smooth, hard to understand worker on the screen. Placed in a room where there were already someone else’s belongings, they showed the room was empty, which leads me to believe it’s probably staff staying at the hotel.

Staff was super friendly, the pool area is awesome. My door broke in the morning and wouldn’t shut, called for help at 730 and they said they would see if their maintenance guy was busy.
