"We only stayed 1 night but the accommodations were clean and the property was neat. The only thing that was a little inconvenient was the back parking lot was sand /gravel. This got on your shoes and tracked everywhere. The front lot was blacktop, so there wasn't an issue. We did have a nice breakfast buffet that was complimentary. There were plenty of essentials for showering, a big TV, and coffee pot with set ups."

"I traveled for business. I confess that I was nervous when I pulled up, because this property looks very retro--think knotty-pine paneling and brass keys for the door locks. I wondered what my room would be like. When I got into my room, I was so pleasantly surprised. It was spotlessly clean, spacious and HOMEY. I enjoyed the comfortable mattress, the hot, made-to-order breakfast, and the friendly family atmosphere. In winter, I could imagine how a young family would absolutely love the heated, indoor pool, game room, and other amenities. The hotel is a blast from the past in the absolute best way possible. My only complaint - while there were lights at all of the entrances and around the parking lot, the parking lot felt quite dark and isolated when I checked in late. That said, I will absolutely return."

"The staff were so accommodating and helpful! Very friendly! Breakfast was delicious! Close to the Main Street and other places to visit. Very quaint!"

"The grounds were beautiful with plenty of places to just hang out. Fire pits at night were a nice touch. There was a cute little porch at the entrance to the room with 2 chairs which we used a lot. My only issue was I had booked a Jr Suite and it was very tiny. No place to put your luggage and the luggage rack was broken. There was a sofa which I guess made it a “suite”. The bathroom was also tiny but had nice towels, robes and toiletries. Also, there is no food except coffee in the morning and they ran out of that. However, across the street was a fantastic family run restaurant, Round Hearth, with a great breakfast."

"The staff were phenomenal and so friendly. The rooms was spacious, clean, and had a balcony. Dinner was awesome. The little trio band was enjoyable to listen to. The property and livestock was a nice addition to see. 10 out of 10. Wish I had more time to stay."
