"The front desk lady (I think she might have been the owner) went above and beyond. I accidently booked the wrong night and showed up a day early. She kindly changed the reservation and gave us a room for the current night rather than the next night which I'd booked. I was slightly past the cancellation time, so she could have charged me for the next night, but she didn't. That's amazing customer service. The room was ready and clean. Comfortable beds. Our teens LOVED the vintage vibes. It was a pleasant change from the modern chain hotels. We would definitely stay here again."

"Pet friendly and very clean. The staff were extremely responsive and quick to address an issue we had with the smoke alarms. Would definitely stay again."

"Such a cute place and the staff is friendly and helpful. The suite was very spacious, comfortable, and clean. Keep in mind there is no elevator so getting luggage up the stairs can be tricky. There is also no laundry on site but a coin laundry is a short drive away. The dinner buffet was great the first night and Wendy, our server, was so kind and attentive. The second night was kind of a bust as the atmosphere, food, and staff were all a bit “off”. Not sure what was going on that but we hope it was just a one off. "
