"We had a problem with dripping water over toilet. Staff wasn't able to fix it. However, the day manager, Edyete let us have a free

, got us some drinks and cakes for next day 5;15am departure. The night before we left, on her own time, she showed us us the place where she eats crepes and where a sovereign shop was for my wife to shop. Outstanding service from her."
