"It was very comfortable and safe. Front desk staff were almost always helpful and polite. The only reason it gets a 4 star instead of a 5, is because of housekeeping! We were not informed that housekeeping only came on Wednesdays and Sundays. We were there 5 days. No clean towels, no room service done, at all! We had to ask for fresh towels on Monday, as we had not seen a soul for housekeeping since check in on Thursday. Then the front desk person got snippy with my husband when he asked for towels! The person quickly calmed down once my husband told him that housekeeping certainly did NOT come by the day before and he was only asking for some fresh towels to get by! That kind of soured us a bit, but overall, just go in knowing you might have to ask for housekeeping and the rest of the stay was wonderful!"

"Very clean and quiet room. Comfortable bed. Liked having an extra sink outside the bathroom. Make sure you pick up one of their business cards; it has a nice short things to do on the back. Also very close to some nice trails; walking distance."

"Check in with slow due to system crashing several times before able to resolve problem. Upon check out, receipt could not be given because the system had shut down. Hotel does need some updating, but rooms were clean and everything worked as they should. Breakfast choices were quite satisfactory."
