"Location was very convenient to the port. Bathroom was too dark to put on makeup. Bed was very comfortable. I did not like having to move from one building to another. Room was rather expensive. Staff was very helpful. Location of one of the sinks in the bathroom was in back of the door, so a person using the sink would get hit by a person opening the door. Room needed a refrigerator and microwave. They did not have decaf coffee for the in-room coffee. Several of the power plugs did not work. Overall the room was beautiful but it wasn't as functional as I would have liked it."

"Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable, and the breakfast was good with a decent variety of options. The only issue we experienced was getting stuck in the elevator for around 15 minutes, which was understandably a little stressful. However, apart from that incident, everything else during our stay was smooth and enjoyable. Overall, it was a good experience, and we would consider staying here again."
