"Beautiful room with a king sized comfy bed. Included turn down service with pillow menu. Common rooms in the hotel are stunning. Staff exceedingly nice and very helpful with driving and parking directions. Would highly recommend! "

"Nice staff, plentiful breakfast, clean room. However we stayed in March and the room was unbearably hot. It was like sleeping in a furnace. We did not sleep the two nights we stayed. We were told by reception the heat was automatic and there was nothing they could do. Other guests were complaining of the same thing. For the price we paid to stay here this was pretty unacceptable. The bathroom also had a radiator blasting heat at all times that could not be controlled. "

"The hotel was just outside of the town, so the location was good. It was a beautiful property. The breakfast was good. Just be prepared to walk stairs. No lifts. But overall, good. "

"Parking is tricky, but we found a free parking lot close by. Check-in was easy and Livia was a gem full of helpful tips and resources. Check out - the front desk guy wasn’t very helpful. We paid the city tax in cash and wanted our change in coins - just a few coins to use in town- very much needed in Italy and he wasn’t willing to provide coins or even break a ten. He offered no assistance. Overall the room, spa and property is nice. No restaurant during off season, but the breakfast provided was excellent."

"Property was clean a tidy, was a little dated but still nice, view over Siena from the terrace was stunning. Staff were helpful and friendly giving us a map and guide of places of interest in the town. Included breakfast had great options and car park was convenient and safe."

"We enjoyed our stay. The biggest complaint is they did not supply assistance with bringing our luggage to the room. Especially, with the distance of the parking lot."
