"I worked at the Opryland Hotel in Nashville, TN many years ago, so the bar has been set pretty high with my hotel property expectations. This hotel, the Best Western in Lafayette, IN, not only lived up to my expectations, but exceeded them as well. The main reason is that the bed had to be the most comfortable hotel bed that I have ever slept in. The colors of the room were beautiful...very soothing and relaxing. Exceptionally clean. Nice in-room amenities. Breakfast bar was good. The only negative, was that the in-room coffee could probably put hair on your chest if you drank very much of it! LOL :) I interacted with several different staff on the phone and in person and each person's customer service was also exceptional. I would highly recommend this property and would most definitely stay there again if I am in the area."
