"The room was clean and it had been recently renovated. The amenities were lacking - air conditioning didn’t work well, no hair dryer, no coffee/tea, no cups. The staff person on duty was learning a new computer system and check in took 25 minutes. We ended up getting charged twice for the room and the incidental charge was on our card 4 times. "Can't say enough about Meghan the manager at the front desk ..this hotel is lucky to have her ..the hotel itself could use a good cleaning but Meghan went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable ..would stay here again if needed though the hotel needs major updates"
