"We like everything, but the service of the room. We asked to just get our new towels and wash rags, to have the trash thrown everyday. That was not done. The first day we got towel but no trash thrown wet towels still on the floor. Husband dumped trash and took our wet towels. Second day same thing except husband took wet towels and was told they would get them came back still no new towels, no trash taken, no new towels wet ones still there. One bar of soap period. "This trip was not the most pleasant, but I've had worse too. My biggest issue was having an upstairs room! I requested a accessible room in my reservation because I have COPD and stairs are not easy. The girl at the desk had me down for a first floor- but said we couldn't have it because it was in the wrong building?? That building was being used only for construction workers. It made it difficult for me, so I couldn't bring my things to my room like I wanted. Otherwise the stay was pretty good....
