The Hot tub wasn't very hot, but the pool was very warm. The pool bathroom door wouldn't open from the inside, my family member got stuck in there and had to kick the door open to get out.

I got nothing bad to say about the place. Hell it was cleaner than my house and the staff Well, I only met a few of them. And there were more than willing to help me dig out my vehicle. After 2 feet of snow, so that's a major plus right there.
