Our one night at Quality Inn in Prattville Alabama was a bargain. Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good, as I enjoyed scrambled eggs with sausage with a blueberry muffin, before leaving. I recommend this motel for weary travelers.

Rooms were very clean and staff was helpful, swimming pool was a little cold but it is April, would have been nice to have some towels out there to dry off as we only had 2 towels in the room! Or maybe add 2 more towels that we could have carried just for the pool! But will definitely stay again, really just nitpicking those little things!

The room was spacious, it had a full kitchen. The AC unit was loud turning on and off. The hotel is very clean and the property is neat and tidy with lovely plants outside. It is convenient to restaurants and the highway. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast was okay.

Teresa at the front desk was so friendly and welcoming. We stayed 2 weeks ago also and she was just as welcoming then. Rooms were very clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was scrambled eggs, sausage, fried potatoes and waffles. Next time we head north, we will be staying here again.

The beds were awful. They made terrible noises every time you move. The mattress is sitting on a metal frame and it’s so noisy. You definitely get what you pay for with this place. The staff were friendly. No issue there. Did not feel super clean and the whole place is hot. Our ac did work good once we got it going. Water pressure not great in shower. Would not book here again.

I had to plan a last second stop here, due to my car breaking down, and I am beyond greatful for the amazing staff who helped me! Mary spoke to my mother on the phone last night and got everything settled for me while I waited for a tow truck. When I got there, I was met with smiles and a positive atmosphere. I slept very well and the breakfast the next morning was good! Very clean room and very spacious! Mary even checked in on me the next morning to make sure I was okay and that I was getting everything with my car taken care of. I am appreciative of the kind staff, their welcoming attitudes, and their caring hearts! If I ever need a place to stay in the future, I will come back. (:
