"I arrived to a door that I could not open with the code. Had to call for help. The room was disgusting and smelled like death. There were curtains hanging over the bed and filled with cobwebs. Decorative pillows with stains. I literally stayed for 20 minutes and booked another place to stay. I messaged the Inn to let them know of my discontent, including asking for my refund. I was ignored. When I spoke to a lady, she said she had to speak with the owner. They stated that I had to contact Expedia for a refund. When I did, Expedia stated the opposite and that the Inn already charged my credit card. I reported them to the BBB. They provided false information, I have the my messages as proof.
Horrible place that should not be in business."
"Nice hotel, clean and comfortable. Took a while to check in as no one manning the front desk. Waited around 15 mins.
Breakfast nice, good selection. Fresh and topped up.
Nice touch of hot refreshments available all day.
Good location, wouldn’t have said Woodbury outlets were a 1 min walk or walkable - there is a trail but it’s not great. Shops like Aldi and Forever 21 are walkable.
Safe area. Shuttle from hotel to outlets but didn’t use"
"Staff was not very professional, guests were playing music in the hallways at 1am and yelling loudly from room to room. Room was decent, however pillows were very thin and small."
"The property is clean and what you would expect. I did not expect housekeeping to open the door at 9:00 and announce their arrival. I also did not expect to pay for parking."
"I did not actually stay at this property. I booked my reservation at approximately 4 PM on the day of check-in, in anticipation of driving about 4 hours to the property. Traffic delayed me and I arrived after 10:30 PM. The Expedia booking platform did not provide any area or mechanism to notify the property that I would arrive late and need late check-in assistance. Likewise, there was no conspicuous indication that check-in after 10 PM was not permitted. Thus, I arrived to the property to find the front desk closed and unattended. I called several times to the posted "after-hours" assistance phone number and was directed to a voicemail box that plainly is not monitored--I still have not received a response to my voicemails. When I contacted Expedia about this, their response was simply that the property closes at 10 PM and they could not offer further assistance--including contacting the property on my behalf or offering some other accommodation so that I did not have to sleep in my car in a parking lot that is posted on every corner that valuables and personal items should not be left in vehicles because of break-ins in the area. Worse, when I made contact with the property the following day, they refused to refund any of my reservation fee. I have used other booking agents and they always ask or provide an area to request a late check-in; this was a combined customer service failure by Expedia and the property."
