AC doesn’t operate for cool only heat. Hot room. No shower, just a hand held shower head in a small bath. No shower curtain. No water in room.

Garden & City Clermont Ferrand Gerzat
The check in process and communication from the hotel was really poor. With four young children it was a really awful experience and wouldn't recommend.
