"The well-renovated casitas were a delight to stay in. The entire environment surrounding the resort is beautiful, well worth the small distance from La Fortuna. The thermal baths (and the two waterslides!) were a great feature and really made our stay relaxing. We thoroughly enjoyed the cooking lesson experience as well."

"This h The hotel was absolutely beautiful! We had a wonderful breakfast right in front of the volcano. There were sloths and other animals around the hotel, making it a truly great place to stay. We didn’t visit the hot springs, but there are many nearby, and there’s also a pool. It’s not too far from the main areas with lots of restaurants, and Uber is super easy to use. The people were incredibly nice. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!"

"Rooms were a lovely layout, Sadly you can’t see the volcano unless you are on the highest floor they offer. Hot springs was much bigger than i imagined and so cool. Unfortunately, they aren’t kept at a very hot tempt. Even their one hottest pool even even 100F. Food was great and everything is quick and easy for what you need."

"Everything about the lodge was amazing. The location, the rooms size, the staff, the restaurant. The 4 star rating on amenities is because the rooms have no fridge. That's our only not 100% comment."

"The staff were all professional, friendly, and extremely nice. The rooms are clean, the breakfast is very ample. The food is all really good. I have stayed here before, and would stay again, it is one of our favorite places near Arenal and La Fortuna."

"Un coup de cœur dès notre arrivée! Tout nous a plu au Con Corazón : le cadre magnifique à flanc de montagne, la déco épurée et colorée, la chambre impeccable et confortable, les petites attentions… Et le déjeuner, délicieux et copieux : un vrai 10/10! Mais ce sont surtout les gens qui ont rendu notre séjour si agréable. Merci à Rachell pour l’organisation de nos sorties et à Douglas pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité. On s’est sentis tellement bien accueillis. Savoir que notre séjour contribue aussi à l’éducation des jeunes de la communauté nous fait aimer cet endroit encore davantage. "⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Beautiful Resort – Highly Recommend! What a beautiful resort! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the stunning property and the overall atmosphere. The entire resort was absolutely gorgeous, and every detail added to its charm. The pools were beautiful, clean, and heated, which made them even more enjoyable. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. Our housekeeper was wonderful and trustworthy, and our room was always spotless, with fresh, clean beds to come back to each day. One of our favorite experiences was enjoying breakfast with such a breathtaking view! The food was absolutely delicious, not just at breakfast but throughout our entire stay. I truly cannot say enough good things about this resort. We have absolutely no complaints! It was such a pleasure spending our vacation in a beautiful town while staying at an equally beautiful resort. Everything about our experience made our trip even more memorable. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for making our vacation so special! ❤️"
