This is our second stay here. It’s a great hotel but finding your way into the mall where it is can be tricky, as can finding a parking space in the underground parking garage. The rooms are clean and the beds are super comfortable. It’s also pet friendly, one of the only ones in the area.

Cool location but not very clean

Location is cool if you don’t mind noise or a busy area. It’s next to a ton of restaurants and loud music, mall. Really cool but it wasn’t clean. We had only towel in our room that had hair, a small towel about the floor mirror, dust and dirty floors.

Hotel is sitting in the middle of a very busy shopping and dining area. The problem was at night they have live bands playing music extremely loud. You can hear the music all the way up to my room. Another issue is parking is not complimentary. Overall I will not be staying at this hotel while on business trip. If you want to party then this hotel suits you.

Clean

The hotel was clean and it was convenient to have access to the shopping center thru the elevator and just a few.steps to get into the shopping center. The only problem we had was that one of the days, there was no hot water and they couldn't tell us how long it would take to get it fixed. We ended up taking a cold shower. When we came back to the hotel at the end of the day (Around 9pm), i asked about the hot water issue and was informed that the water heaters were already working and heating up the water. We got to our room and the hot water was not clean. After a long while, the hot water was hot and seemed clean. As for the add-on breakfast, it was worth it for us. They had fresh seasonal cut up fruit, cheeses, breads, 4 different types of milk, 5 types of juice, cereal, small pancakes, scramble eggs, refried beans, several sauces, along other items. Great variety of foods to choose from. They were changing a few items on the daily basis and you can ask for eggs your way. The only thing I missed was tortillas. Other then that, it was pretty good.
