Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
We did not feel comfortable staying here. There was no front desk staff available to help us, and our messages were not answered. The only person on site was a security guard, but he explained that he was only responsible for checking vehicles entering the property and could not assist with guest issues. Parking was also a major problem. There was no convenient parking directly in front of or next to the property, so we had to look for parking elsewhere. The surrounding area did not feel safe to us, especially since there was no staff available if we needed help. I strongly recommend that future travelers read the reviews carefully and confirm the check-in, parking, and on-site assistance arrangements before booking. We ended up leaving and booking another place.
