Very disappointed: Hotel needs better housekeeping

Very disappointed for the condition of the hotel. Not only very outdated but we found trash on the floor, bad odor, and bathroom floors looked dirty. We picked this hotel based on the reviews and grade “8.4” so that is a massive misguidance and a big lie. We were traveling and only needed to spend the night and simply picked the worst hotel!

Una buena opción dentro del centro de Mty, accesible y fácil de transportarse a muchos lados más, el servicio es excelente, las recepcionistas y lo trabajadores siempre muy amables. Lo que no me gusta es el sonido del elevador o de los alrededores como los semáforos de afuera, las habitaciones ya requieren de una actualización en cuanto acabados y muebles
