Had to wait like 40 minutes to check In line. Staff manager could care less, felt like a the line at the DMV. When I finally approached the counter the Register Girl was unapologetic and claimed one of the computers was down. I don’t recommend staying here unless if you want to wait in line.

By Marriot does not improve at all...

Dificult to get front desk answer, the "last name Marriot" does not benefits at all, I was at this hotel in the past and it was better, I wait for an improve but does not happen. Not sure why they dont answer the front desk phone.

I needed to make contact with the hotel before my areival…i tried to call, tried, another hotel to reach them too and no one ever answered the phone. I never went to hotel because of weather conditions due to the emergency of the matter i had to book another hotel…i even contacted hotels.com and they were unable to reach them either …this had never happened to me with hotels.com …im unhappy and not sure how to handle this situation.
