"My shower floor would flood and spill out I wasn’t aware you needed to place the card key inside the reader inside the room to turn on the electricity So I call as soon as I check in and say “ excuse I have no electricity in my restroom “, lady on front desk says “we will send someone right away “ An hour goes by and nobody showed up so I call again and exact same thing “we will send someone right away” and again nobody showed up I took a nap and woke up a couple of hrs later to now realize the tv wasn’t turning on nor the lights on the rest of the room so I call a 3rd time and now the lady at the front desk explains to me “ you need to insert your key , blah blah blah “ Ok now I get it but why wouldn’t the person when I first called explain that to me ? No hairdryer in my room and I had to pay for my breakfast because I didn’t ask if it was included since I was as already fed up with the previous issues Nice location super close to my venue that’s the highlight here"

"Clean room, kind staff, unfortunately my first room had a leak at sink and it took them some time to troubleshoot to then move me to another room a day later after I was all settled in. Maintenance has a long way to go in this hotel. It’s my 5th time staying here, there is always something related to maintenance.. during my previous stay the storm took out the generator and all night the AC was not working..it was super humid and hot.. "
