"The staff throughout the hotel are very kind and helpful. We only stayed for one night and we did not take advantage of any of the amenities. This is definitely a great hotel to stay in and will definitely come back. My reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is because of an insect situation. We had ants in our room, unfortunately we didn't notice it throughout the day since we were out exploring and it was an issue after we went to bed. My girlfriend noticed it immediately, but did not want to wake me up in the middle of the night. She did take pictures and videos and sent them to the hotel email. We spoke to the manager in the morning and without any hesitation he gave us a discount."
