"Our room was beautiful looking down on Cannery Row, Monterey. Well appointed, warm and inviting. The staff is exceptional! Friendly and professional. Our continental breakfast was fresh and hot. The fireplace added to the warmth of the room, though it was too warm to use. Will definitely return!"

Her level of customer service left a lasting impression—it was clear that she is deeply committed to both her guests and her role. Because of her efforts, we felt genuinely valued and well taken care of, which made our stay all the more enjoyable. In addition, the hotel itself is immaculate, the staff is warm and attentive, and the views are simply breathtaking. We are so glad we discovered this property in the Monterey area and will absolutely be returning in the future. We look forward to our next stay."
