Wish I could have stayed longer! Truly a cozy historic home turned inn, that felt like home. The breakfast was incredible, beds were comfy, and cozy fireplace front room!

This is a wonderfully maintained and, perfectly located near a couple of our favorite restaurants. The walk down to the water was enjoyable everyday and it's only a roughly 30 minute walk to more of the touristy parts of Monterey, like the aquarium and Cannery Row. Breakfast was great. I'd recommend getting to breakfast a little earlier than the rest of the house, as it gets fairly crowded quickly. This is now our go-to place to stay in that area.

The hotel was charming. They have wine and snacks in the early evening. The room was small but had everything we needed. The breakfast was good, but we had to wait to get a table.

We had a great stay and would come back anytime! The hotel is very lovingly furnished. The breakfast was the best we got in 3 weeks of traveling in the USA! We also really enjoyed the wine and cheese hour. We are thrilled!

Sehr schönes Hotel. Super nettes Personal. Wir mussten vor dem offiziellen Frühstück zu einer Waltour aufbrechen und haben sogar früher frühstücken können. Das Frühstück war eines der besten auf unserer gesamten Rundreise! Viel Auswahl und kein Plastik!

My favorite inn

It’s the best stay I have. The staff, especially Ivy was helpful, explained to me the facilities including the hours for wine, cheese and cookies besides leading me to my room and checked everything before giving me the keys. Room was clean, quiet and had all the amenities I needed. The breakfast was so delicious that I I told the front desk when I checked out that I will certainly be back again soon!
