We had a lovely large room with a lot of amenities, high ceilings, lots of windows so a lot of light. The breakfast was phenomenal. The man that took us to our room was delightful. Having two fireplaces was amazing!We had a wonderful and memorable Christmas season stay!

Nice room. Good amenities. Breakfast is excellent. Didn’t get a chance to partake of the evening hors doervues, but they were available. Very close to downtown, which allows for checking out the great neighborhoods on foot. Would definitely stay again& highly recommend.

Amazing experience, charming atmosphere, room was above and beyond! The staff is very friendly, professional and the location is perfect to walk around Carmel after eating at all the wonderful restaurants!

Nothing but positive words to describe our stay, customer service was outstanding. Allen at the front desk made us feel so welcome. The freshly baked goods were such a treat. We appreciated the bonus amenities, not to mention the room was clean and comfortable. We definitely plan to return to this hotel, we often travel to Carmel but this has been our best stay yet!
