"The apartment was dark and faced the restaurant with a high hedge opposite. The 2nd bedroom was in the apartment ceiling and the room was very dark. My daughter was not happy to sleep in it. It was also accessed by open slippery stairs. This was not described within the apartment details. If so, I would never have booked it.

"One night’s stay at Fattoria for me, my husband and our 17 year old. The hotel is geared up for a
family who love their activities - a full timetable of events, football, tennis, a mini farm and 3 pools. The main pool area was lovely, with a well-stocked pool bar. One thing worth noting, as is sometime the Italian way, this hotel has swimming caps as compulsory. My 17 yr old was not impressed. "This hotel is amazing. We stayed in the
family suite and it was so spacious for a
family of four.
Kids loved hitting golf balls, swimming in the spa pool open for
kids 11-2, the gym and the gorgeous outdoor meals. Breakfast great too but agree re flies- eat in the non glass area. Loved the area- the nearly midieval town is gorgeous! Can’t wait to return."

Doppelzimmer sind ok, etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
Frühstück war auch ok, Auswahl der Speisen eher dürftig.
Haben 1x abends dort gegessen: Buffet viel zu teuer für das, was es bietet.
Es ist ein Familienresort, hat also viele Kinder.
Sehr freundliches Personal!
Wunderschöne Umgebung, viele Restaurants, Shops in der Umgebung.

"This hotel was like visiting your Italian
family. Sara was so kind and helpful, she arranged rides and suggested fun things for the
kids. The lunches and dinner were delicious!!! And let’s not forget the wine. If you are looking for a place to make memories in Tuscany, this is the place. We plan to return one day. "

"Great spacious accomodation with everything you need. Beautiful outlook and property to stay on. We loved the pool and the restaurant food was excellent. All staff were fantastic, helpful and happy. "
