"We went as family trip for Mother’s Day and it was wonderful. The staff is amazing, very grateful to Lune, they went above and beyond. They helped us with everything that we needed. The room was very clean and organized. We hardly left the room because of its comfort and beauty. We wandered around Místico and love the horse stables, hopefully next time the animal rescue center is open. Also the staff at the beach club is wonderful too. The food at Kairos was good. We will be coming back for sure."

"We only stayed for one night in between places but wish we had stayed here for longer, the room was amazing and the staff was all very friendly, we are a family of 5, 3 kids 7 and under and couldn't have been happier with the hotel"

"After having a bad experience at a previous hostel we drove down the block to Jaco Laguna in hopes of finding a last minute place to stay for the week. The staff was extremely accommodating and we managed to book a beautiful room and check in immediately! The price was very fair considering its amenities, our room even had a lovely balcony with a private staircase right to the pool. The breakfast was free and delicious, and the location was amazing with beach access straight from the hotel, a surf school right next door, and even cafes, restaurants and a deli all within walking distance. Overall a fantastic experience and I would definitely recommend! :)"

"We absolutely loved this hotel, it was brand new and a great location for Jaco. Brittany was AMAZING, she was super helpful during our stay. Shower was awesome, beds were great. We loved the balcony and pool as well."

"Very nice, helpful staff. It's a very clean hotel, a little outdated, but rooms are big, beds are comfortable, ac works well, nice pool area, very tasty food at the restaurant. A minute walk to the beach, really nice view from your room. Can see monkeys in the trees around the property,had a very nice stay."
