"This was a unique hotel that is part of an old castle. Stefano and Elisabetta were wonderful hosts! Stefano is an architect and designed the rooms. Huge, comfortable room and expansive bathroom. "Fake B&B - misleading photos and publicity - this is just an apartment on the 2nd floor of a seedy building (which did not even feel safe) that is converted to 3 bedrooms and a tiny kitchen area with 3 small tables for breakfast (Covid 2m social distancing not possible). It is directly on perhaps the busiest and noisiest street in Tivoli (right behind the purple flowers in the photo), so there is a high volume of road noise in the room. "We really enjoyed our stay in the historic center of Tivoli with Regina B&B. Filipo was a great host and took good care of us. The accommodations are rustic but updated nicely. We particularly enjoyed the rooftop overlooking the square. It's nicely decorated and has a nice sun shield to mitigate the bright sun and offer shade. We enjoyed our morning tea and early evening wine up there listening to the sounds in the square below. The breakfasts were very tasty and served with cheer.There are only 3 rooms so it was nice to meet the other guests and enjoy the homey feel of the place. You should know that there is no nearby parking. You can pull up and drop off your bags, but you have to be rung into the main hall by Filipo (so coordinate by WhatsApp with him a specific time to arrive to be sure he can meet you). The rooms are 2 stories up by fairly narrow stairs. There are plenty of restaurants all over Tivoli, and the street right in front of the B&B leads down to several different price ranges. Our favorite was Sebilla. You need to make reservations in advance, but well worth the view and the very reasonable price for the views and quality food."
